Graves Lawn offers prompt, cost effective excavation, demolition and grading services for the residential and light commercial clients. Our services include tree removal, land clearing, back-fill, ruff grade, final grading for landscaping, drainage, trenching and much more.

$85.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum $340.00

$680.00 per day

Mobilization Fee $55.00 based on location

Any additional hour post 4 will be $85.00 per hour

Weekly rates with deposit paid in advance: $3,250.00

(Minimum of 40 hours on same job-site)

Prices Include Ct 322 Compact Track Machine and Operator

Lot clearing and Leveling

Post holes for fencing and planting

Trenches dug

Drainage problems repaired

Yards graded & prepared for seeding/sod

Driveways (gravel spread/re-grade)

Demolition (Barns, Garages, Sheds, Driveways, Parking lots, etc.)

Pallet forks for moving pallets, boulder settings etc

Dirt, stone and debris moved (or hauled away)

Post construction debris removal

What kinds of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, money orders, certified checks, cashiers checks, business or personal checks and wire transfers. There is a $100.00 fee for all returned checks.

In most cases, you’ll come out ahead by hiring a machine WITH an operator, rather than renting one and trying to do it yourself. It takes most people a good while to learn to operate the loader with enough accuracy (and safety) to be able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. (It’s not like driving a car!)

Most rentals yards charge $225.00 per day for a small skid loader without tracks, with a smaller bucket. Add the cost of delivery (typically $75.00-$100.00) and any attachments you’ll need to that.
